Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the receipt of the item to return it to our store.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@loft33.store. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Via XXX Maggio, 5e, 37019 Peschiera del Garda (VR)

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation email, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@loft33.store.

1. Loft 33 offers its customers the “satisfaction or money back guarantee”.


If you are not satisfied with the goods received, you can send it back. You will be reimbursed as required by current legislation. You have 28 days to return your item. Making use of this guarantee is simple, just follow the procedure below:
Send an e-mail to the e-mail address info@loft33.store within 10 days of receipt of the goods.
Products must be returned by post or express courier
Transport costs for returns remain the responsibility of the customer.
With the exception of the provisions of point 2, the transport costs for returns are charged to the customer.
Products sent beyond the deadlines set in our warehouse without the above requirements cannot be reimbursed.

Customs duties are always the customer's responsibility, even for returns.

The product must be returned:
– correctly packed in its original packaging, in perfect condition for resale (not damaged, damaged or soiled) and equipped with all its accessories and documentation;
– equipped with the Transport Document (present in the original packaging) in order to allow Loft 33 to identify the Customer (order number, name, surname and address);
– without evidently showing signs of use other than those compatible with carrying out a test of the same, that is that it does not bear a trace of prolonged use (of more than a few minutes) exceeding the time necessary for a test and that it is not in one was such as not to allow its resale.


To exercise the right of withdrawal, moreover, you will have to choose between one of the following possibilities:
– Replacement of the goods. Should you wish to replace the goods purchased with another product, it must be returned Loft 33 agreeing with the customer service on the new product to be obtained as a replacement.
– Cash back credit. The refund covers the price of the product purchased and will be made within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods. The only costs to be borne by the customer are those relating to the return of the goods.


Once the goods reach our warehouse, they will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport.
In the event that the customer has benefited from a promotion valid only beyond a certain expense threshold, and if the order remains in whole or in part, the goods remaining in its possession is of a value lower than the expense threshold, the value of the promotion will be withheld from the amount reimbursed.

 

2. Return of defective goods


In the case of defective goods, send an e-mail to info@loft33.store within 10 days of receipt of the goods.
Only in the case of defective goods, the costs of redelivery for the replacement of the product will be borne by Loft 33.
